These terms apply when you use mastergnome.com or buy from us. The store is run by William Nykaza d/b/a MasterGnome ("MasterGnome," "we"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Refund & Return, Shipping, and Privacy policies.

1. Who can order. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, and have a US shipping address.

2. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when production begins. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we do, you'll get a full refund.

3. Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. If we make a pricing error, we'll contact you before shipping; you can pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Made to order. Every item is printed after you order it. Colors on screens and mockups are close but not exact. Printed fabric, especially tri-blend, can look softer or more vintage than the preview. Production and delivery times are estimates (see our Shipping Policy).

5. Returns, refunds, and problems. Covered by our Refund & Return Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

6. Our designs. The MasterGnome name, characters, artwork, and site content belong to William Nykaza d/b/a MasterGnome. Please don't copy, resell, or reproduce them without our written permission. Buying a shirt gives you the shirt, not the rights to the design.

7. Reviews and messages. You're welcome to share honest opinions about us anywhere, good or bad. If you send us a review, photo, or comment for the site, you allow us to show it on our site and social pages with your first name or handle. We won't use anything you send us in ads without asking first.

8. Using the site. Please don't misuse the site: don't try to break or overload it, scrape it, or place fraudulent orders.

9. Disclaimers. The site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses. This doesn't limit liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by Illinois law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, but either of us may use small claims court where it's available. If you ever have a problem, please email us first. Most things can be fixed with one message.

12. Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
