Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

How long it takes. Every item is printed to order, so delivery time has two parts. All times below are estimates, not guarantees.

1. Production: usually 2–5 business days, starting the business day after you order.
2. Shipping: usually 3–4 business days after production for standard US delivery.

That puts most orders at your door in about 5–9 business days. Busy seasons, holidays, weather, and carrier delays can add time. The gnome does not control the mail. He has tried.

Cost. Standard shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout before you pay. Orders of $60 or more in merchandise ship free. Any sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Tracking. When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link.

Multiple items. Items in one order are usually shipped together. Sometimes they're made at different facilities and arrive in separate packages. You won't be charged extra.

If there's a delay. If we learn your order can't ship within the time we've told you, we'll email you with a new estimate. You can then choose to wait or to cancel for a full refund.

Late, lost, or damaged in transit? See our Refund & Return Policy. If it's 3 business days past the estimated delivery date, write to us and we'll sort it out.

Address. Please check your address carefully. If a package is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we can reship it once you confirm the address, at your cost.
